  • Investor in CDEX since 2004 and one of the largest single shareholders
  • Avid philanthropist and supporter of the Boys and Girls Club of America

Robert H. “Doc” Foglesong, Director:

  • Founder and has been the President and Executive Director of the Appalachian Leadership and Education Foundation since 2006
  • General Foglesong has a PhD in Chemical Engineering, numerous publications and many military and civilian awards
  • Currently serves on the Boards of Massey Energy (MEE) where he serves on the Compensation (Chairman), Audit, Public Policy, Safety and Executive committees; Serves as a Director for Michael Baker Corp and for Stark Aerospace Inc.

James G. Stevenson, PharmD, FASHP:

  • Current Chief Pharmacy Officer at the University of Michigan Health System, Professor and Associate Dean for Clinical Sciences at U of M College of Pharmacy since 1999. Currently also serving as Chair of Department of Clinical, Social, and Administrative Sciences.
  • Serves as the medication safety section editor for the Joint Commission Journal on Quality and Patient Safety
  • BS in Pharmacy and PharmD from Wayne State University

Brian Jenkins, Director:

  • Initiated the RAND Corporation’s research program on international terrorism in 1972. He currently serves as Senior Advisor to the President of RAND
  • Former Deputy Chairman of Kroll Associates, an international investigative and consulting firm
  • BA and a Masters Degree from UCLA. He also studied at the University of Guanajuato in Mexico and at the University of San Carlos in Guatemala where he was a Fulbright Fellow and recipient of a second fellowship from the Organization of American States

Frank Wren, Director

  • 11 year executive management tenure with the Atlanta Braves organization and third year as the Club’s executive Vice President and General Manager
  • Baseball management and executive positions span over 23 years with the Montreal Expos, the Florida Marlins, Baltimore Orioles and Atlanta Braves
  • Currently serves on the board of the Foundation of Molecular Medicine, which helps fund research in Mitochondrial diseases
